Our Vision

At Grow Shine Succeed, our vision is to support parents and educators with practical, evidence-informed tools that help children thrive at home, at school and beyond.

Every child faces challenges as they learn, grow and develop. While some are able to navigate these independently, many need guidance, encouragement and support from the adults around them. As parents and teachers, knowing where to start can sometimes feel overwhelming.

Grow Shine Succeed was created to provide practical ideas, trusted resources and actionable strategies that make a difference in the lives of children. Whether you're looking for classroom resources, wellbeing activities, learning support ideas or behaviour management strategies, our goal is to help you find effective solutions that can be implemented immediately.

As an educator, school leader and parent, I created Grow Shine Succeed to share the ideas, strategies and resources that have made a positive impact in my own classrooms, schools and family life.

I believe that when we work together, we create better outcomes for children.

About Hannah Trenowden

I'm a mum of two teenage daughters and twin primary-aged boys who keep me busy, grounded and constantly learning.

With more than 20 years of experience in education, I have taught across a range of primary settings and held leadership roles spanning student wellbeing, curriculum, teaching and learning, and school improvement. While my career has evolved from classroom teacher to school leader, one thing has remained constant: a commitment to helping children thrive and supporting the educators and families who guide them.

My work has always centred on creating environments where students feel connected, capable and ready to learn. Whether leading wellbeing initiatives, supporting teachers, analysing student data or developing practical classroom resources, I am passionate about finding simple, effective ways to improve outcomes for children.

Grow Shine Succeed was created to share the strategies, resources and ideas that have made a difference throughout my journey as an educator, school leader and parent. My hope is that this space supports teachers and families to help children grow, shine and succeed at home, at school and beyond.
